If anyone recommends a candidate to Offer for a specific vacancy that Offer recruitment are not already aware of and that candidate is successfully placed by Offer recruitment the person that made the recommendation is eligible for a referral fee as follows.

To qualify, the recommendation should consist of candidate name, contact details and information as to their relevance for the position. Providing this information is supplied Offer will contact the candidate directly to introduce the opportunity to them.

Payment will be made by Offer recruitment 1 month after the referred candidate has started the new role and the referral fee is 100% refundable should the placed candidate leave within 3 months of start date.
