As part of the Software Verification and Validation (SV&V;), Handheld Testing Team, you will have the opportunity to work with exciting handheld projects, helping to ensure that the product we release is of the highest quality. The successful candidate will be actively involved in testing activities for a project including handheld test design, test execution and reporting. He/She will be responsible for increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of testing, and contribute to the reduction of turnaround time for completing tests.

RESPONSIBILITIES Generating creative solutions to complex testing problems. Document processes and participating in ongoing process improvement. Analyse, assess and create testing scripts/programs. Ensure issues found are properly tracked throughout the software life cycle, from discovery to closure. Perform statistical analysis of test results to create reports on the quality of the software. Develop and execute various types of tests such as regression, performance, capacity, GUI, integration and functional tests on production and prototype hardware.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in a computer-related discipline. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Desire to be a professional in the software testing field.
